CALENDAR OF EVENTS
Consistent to the decision made by Governor Justice, our daytime enrichments will not be offered, the weekend Dinosaur Exhibit is closed, ALL previously scheduled events, are officially cancelled until further notice and we will not be accepting any new reservations for meetings, gatherings or events of any kind until clearance is given.
Below is a list of Events that the HCPR is sponsoring this month. Please check our site for additional information pertaining to these events. If you are unable to find any additional information, feel free to give us a call!
PLEASE NOTE: This calendar reflects HCPR programing (as it becomes available). Due to time constraints and/or privacy of our renters, facility rentals (weddings, reunions, family events, social or organizational gatherings and meetings, etc.) are not recorded on this calendar by name and are only updated as time allows several months in advance. If the calendar is marked UNAVAILABLE or PRIVATE RENTAL, the facility is not available for use at that time. For dates that are not marked UNAVAILABLE, Call our offices during normal business hours, 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday for up to date availability at 304-423-7800.
